General

MITCO is also active in product development. An IT solution is considered as a product when it meets the usual needs of a functional field. For example, a book-keeping management product will have to cover all the usual functionalities enabling a general book-keeping management.

Policy

Even though MITCO develops standard products, these are not distributed in the general market. MITCO wants to offer its clients all the necessary support to allow them to make the best possible use of their newly acquired product. That way, MITCO always ensures the delivery, install and setup of its products in order to allow the client a quick startup of the solution.

Of course with the purchase of a MITCO standard product, the client is entitled to a guarantee service. So for the first two years, MITCO will fix all the product malfunctions but not the adaptations.

Customization

A MITCO standard product offers all usual functionalities of the related functional field. A client can however need additional functionalities without having to resort to a personalized solution. MITCO develops its products in a way that they can be adapted to the client's needs. Thus if a product does not offer a necessary functionality, the latter can be developed and added to the solution before it is installed and delivered to the client. If this new functionality is of interest and is valuable to the product and is likely to be interesting to the product users, it could be embedded in a future version.

Existing product

The MITCO catalogue currently includes MITCO Book-keeping, a general book-keeping management product. Other products are being studied in order to enlarge the catalogue.
